By downloading, installing, or using the PadelBuzz mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
PadelBuzz is a mobile application that allows padel players to:
Access to PadelBuzz is based on a Premium subscription with a two-week free trial. The precise conditions of this subscription are described in section 8 below.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PadelBuzz. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from your parents or legal guardians.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension of all your accounts.
You retain all ownership rights to the videos and content you create and upload to PadelBuzz.
By uploading content to PadelBuzz, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

We reserve the right to remove any content that:
The PadelBuzz application, including its code, design, logos, trademarks, and all elements that comprise it are the exclusive property of PadelBuzz and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for personal and non-commercial purposes.

PadelBuzz operates on the basis of an auto-renewing subscription with a two (2) week free trial (Apple Introductory Offer).
At the end of the free trial period, the subscription automatically renews, unless previously cancelled, at the rate of:
These rates are reference prices for France. Prices may vary according to Apple's pricing schedule applicable to your country. The exact price applicable to your country is displayed in the application at the time of subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your Apple account:
iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > PadelBuzz > Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You continue to benefit from Premium features until that date.
In accordance with App Store rules, no partial refund is possible for a subscription period that has already started. Any refund request must be submitted to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
We reserve the right to modify subscription rates. In the event of a price increase, you will be informed:
In accordance with Apple rules, your explicit consent will be requested before any significant price increase is applied. Without consent, your subscription will not renew at the new rate.
At the expiration of the free trial period or upon cancellation, and in the absence of an active subscription, only the recording of new matches is disabled. You keep access to the rest of the application: your Buzz, your profile, your statistics and your settings remain available. Your data remains stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy; you can resume your subscription at any time to re-enable recording and regain full access to the application.
You can delete your account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete My Account.

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, PadelBuzz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, opportunities, or reputation.
In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed €100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PadelBuzz, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. In case of significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the application after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new ToS.
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these ToS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
